[Games Without Borders NC]

Hi guys,

I'm realising that I do not, at the moment, have the desired time to
make sure we make requisite development and progress on the Handbook
with having to manage what I do and get us incorporated.

I'd like someone to step forward to lead the project.

What are the expected outcomes of this project? I'd be happy to help define the project on a higher level and do some writing, but if the expectation is I write the whole thing, well, that might be a bit much for me. My fiancee might get a little cranky with me. :P

The expected outcomes are:

* Review old GIR Membership Handbook. If there are things that are
good in it, keep the conceptual idea but rewrite it so that it's no
longer in the same language.
* Draft new GWB Membership Handbook.

What, ideally, I'm looking for is a project lead who can make sure
that the group is working to achieve the goal of either reviewing or
drafting, which at this point is more likely to be drafting new
content and reviewing each other's work. Someone who can steward and
chair discussions, make sure that things are talked about and that
everyone is contributing to the overall process.
