Hi,

I came across gvn while looking for something totally unrelated, but
it seems to be exactly the kind of tool I've been wanting. I am
impressed that you appear to be eating your own dog food, and using
the tool for its own code reviews, etc. My question is pretty easy --
what's the state of the world? Is it stable? Safe? Will it kill my
repository, or my working copy? The documentation is less than
stellar at the moment, so it seems likely to be alpha quality or
earlier, but I thought I'd just ask.

In any case, thanks for the good work so far.

It's stable... or well, it's about to be. We're actually in the
middle of changing the format of changebranches (so that the files on
the changebranch are listed explicitly in a state file instead of
implied by the changes made on the branch); current trunk reads the
new format but does not write it. But it is in active use, and
semi-active development. It shouldn't kill your repo (it just uses
normal RA calls) or working copy. And we absolutely welcome new
developers if you're interested.
