Let’s plan  on meeting at 530 on Tuesday April 20 in the SUB cafeteria (same place as usual).  There’s a clinic scheduled for Saturday April 25 that needs some discussion/planning.  We should also talk about continued publicity and fundraising and such.

I can’t attend the meeting.  I will also be out of town for the clinic.  We typically get players registering that day – someone will need to take registrations and provide info about USLacrosse.  I’ll pick up those registrations  when I get back in town (first of May) and get them entered into our player database.

 

Robyn thought she might be able to help with registration and, perhaps, Lisa Daly.

Hello Everyone!

I will be unable to attend but here is what I have so far. The tournament in Missoula is on May 22nd.

Other information that the Missoula coach gave me is that he is attending the 3 Rivers Shootout in Eastern Washington on April 24 th and 25th.
Also, on June 14th and 17th he is going to Park City Shootout. He already has bus transportation and is taking a high school girls team and a middle school team as well as his travel team. Cost is 300 dollars/ player (includes travel,lodge,food). He said if we had a team that could go, hwe could ride the bus with him and split the cost.

This would be a great opportunity but I don't know what our funds are like.

For boys, there is the UC Denver play weekend on July 8th-11th. Cost of that one is 350/person.

He suggested if we are tight on money going around to local businesses to donate scholarship money.

And lastly he said he would committ to a game with us but I don't have any information on when our fields are available. If we had a list of dates, we could offer up to other teams that would be helpful. Next on the agenda is for me to contact sandpoint, whitefish,gonzoga prep, and Bonnersfairy to see if we can set up games with them.

Katie, do you have the flyer?  and I do think msu is planning the clinic for the 25th, Karla said we have the field so maybe that can go on the flyer and we can get it printed this weekend and distributed to all the schools and plaster town with it Monday and Tuesday.  So it would have all our information where to get reg. forms clinic and season dates and times?  also if someone can get in touch with play it again about putting it in one of his emails?  i have emailed him but got no response, can someone stop by there? sorry about that, i didn't mean to hit send. just wanted you all to know I heard from Andy today, he has been out of town all week on a family vacation.  MSU does want to do the clinic on Sunday April 25th they have a game that morning against Regis at 10am on campus.  Bummer we can't use those fields, but the clinic can start at 1pm at the high school.
