I think I forgot to let you know that Jim and I can both make that meeting. Is it still a go?
Update on recruitment: I am waiting for a call back from KGLT to help us record the PSA for the radio stations announcing registration and the 2010 Lacrosse season starting. I should hear back from them soon.

Let us know if you have more places you'd like us to hang posters up at.

Katie, we talked about this last night and it’s difficult for us to commit to something before the season starts. If this were to happen, someone would need to get the team organized. I probably would be best if you focused your efforts on trying to get games scheduled between June and August or even September. That’s my take.

Allyson, we’re in the SUB cafeteria. Sometimes were are in the small glassed off room, but sometimes just outside that room at the tables. Call if you can’t find us next time.

Ben, not sure about a goal figure. This is something that needs to be discussed as a group.

Everyone: The best thing that people can do at this point is hang fliers. Colleen, do you have them with you at work? Could people stop by and pick them up and sign up for locations?

I have not heard back from anyone yet about if we are going to Missoula for the Jamboree!

I know May 22nd is out for a scheduled game because we can't get the field. But if we want to participate and play in games like the Jamboree, some one needs to let me know so I can call the Missoula coach back.

So I am pretty sure we are meeting again tomorrow evening at 5:30 in the SUB. It would be great to see everyone there, we have a lot to get done before the season starts. I will be bringing flyers for everyone to help distribute around town and it would be great to get a few people to volunteer to go to the schools, even the older kids who are driving might be interested in this. I will bring my list again and have everyone sign up. If anyone has time it would be great to put the list in an excel spread sheet so we can add new places each year. after next week I should be able to breathe again for work will settle down so I can get more organized. We are still looking for a trailer, everyone please keep your ears and eyes open.

See you all tomorrow, if many of you can't make it then let's look at having our meetings a different night or time. It's these next few weeks that we should be meeting regularly then once the season starts we can ease up on the meetings.

Hi Everyone:

I picked up one more registration for the clinic today and gave the paperwork and check to Andy. I also handed out 4 sign ups to two moms for the season. Did someone pick up the table and chairs that were there? I wasn't sure who was supposed to take them away. Thank you very much for organizing today. We had a fun scrimmage after the clinic, my boy is exhausted and very psyched for the practices and games!

A lot of people seem like they can't make the meeting this Wednesday. In an effort to get more people to attend, should we choose another date and time? It would be best to give plenty of notice for each meeting, so there's a higher chance people can get it into their schedule! Thanks, Allyson B.
