So do we have one designated person contacting surrounding leagues?  If so please let me know who it is so I can forward on some more contact info from other leagues.  This email is perfect, I hope we can participate and shows that a tournament in Bozeman is possible, teams are willing to travel and if we all take a turn we should have plenty of games.  Please let us know if John Kramer has been contacted or who is willing to call him, and if we can have one person heading this up.

I think that there are a lot more kids that may want to go if they new it was not just for the experienced players - I know Ceely talked to a few girls at the high school who have signed up, but haven't heard about it.  Is there anyway that we could call each player - Jim and I will volunteer to do this - to let them know about it and what's the scoop. 

I know the girls are going to be used on the Missoula team - do you know who they'll be playing?
Will the boys be needed on the Missoula team as well?  Do you know who they will be playing?

Hey Laura and Coaches!

Please read this!

Here is the deal. I think bringing new players is great but before we offer it here what I am thinking. New people will need sticks and probably googles too. Let's see what we can lend them.

Can coaches of our team that are leading the Missoula let me know what we have for extra goggles and sticks? (Boys and girls) and I will contact the Missoula team and ask if they have extra stuff.

Secondly, if worst comes to worst we can do players on the field lend stuff to players that will substitute in, assuming that coaches of our team okay this.

But I need any bozeman coach to let me know.

As soon as I know our policy Laura I will let you know if we can invite other people.

Hey Taylor,

So I sent the out for players that definitely want to go to the Jamboree yesterday. I am waiting to hear back as to how many extra kids want to go, so we can see how much extra gear we need to come up with before I tell the extra kids that they can come to the Jamboree.

Let me know if the amount of doesn't matter and just if we want everyone to come that can and we will share gear and field time.

It seems really unlikely that ANY entity would cancel a lacrosse outing for an extended forecast of 50% chance of showers.  Way too many sport outings would get canceled by that standard.

I'm sorry.  I probably should have tempered that a bit. 

Games generally wont be called off for rain, just lightning.  I would hope most lax outings would use the same standard, although you want kids to have fun.  If they are having trouble with wet fields, or the field mgr is all uptight....maybe they would call it for those reasons as well.

My skepticism about extended forecasts also factors in. 

Thanks for your work in getting kids to Missoula.  It would be a long drive if it were a really wet outing.  I hope things go well over there.
