Missing Data Points along Trajectory: X3-H

Hello, 

We have recently had a couple larger projects where we have seen the trajectory has been successfully captured but no data points are produced after running POS and Georeference within Li Georeference. 

The missing data points are in the middle of a flight plan and not near the start or beginning of a flight. 

Any insight would be appreciated,
