Apologies for the late reply.
The issue you are experiencing may be due to the graphics card not being set to high-performance mode when using LiDAR360.
For example, with an NVIDIA graphics card, you can set LiDAR360 to high-performance mode in the NVIDIA Control Panel under Manage 3D Settings, as shown in the attached image.
If the software is not set to high-performance mode, some data may not display properly.
Please try enabling high-performance mode and see if it resolves the issue.
