CHM , Pitt fill close LIDAR360 V8

When using CHM PITT FILL, LIDAR360 starts processing, reaches 50% on the green progress bar at the bottom, and then crashes. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I’ve tried both large and small CHMs, and the same thing happens. In the previous version (7), it worked fine. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. May I ask which version of LiDAR360 V8 you are currently using? Would it be possible for you to record a video reproducing the issue? This would greatly help us in analyzing the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
