Image Time Interval issue

We currently have the LiAir V70 lidar unit. In a recent project we experienced the camera time interval been set to one second rather than two. I also see inconsistencies in the interval setting when trying to coordinate the timestamp sync. I am not sure where this stemming from whether that be a setting, potential firmware update to the sensor or a hardware issue.
