Problems with merging point clouds in LIDAR360 MLS

When trying to merge point clouds according to the instructions in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHY_0jmLDcA&list=PLzz5A0JG9uGfcjf63I9fyNryy6ODTaeJN&index=8, optimization of only one liscan project from the group starts. The links in this project are recalculated, but there is no alignment of this cloud to the reference cloud.
