Colorize failed - pano_opt.exe does not exist

Hi, when using Lidar360 MLS to process some LiGrip Lite02 data the colorization of the point cloud fails. Below is the error messages:

[10:44:09][Call PanoOpt]C:/Program Files/GreenValley Suite/LiDAR360MLS/8.2.2.1/pano_opt.exe does not exist!

[10:44:09][AutoMask]Run Panopt failed!

[10:44:09][LiDAR360MLS]Maybe something wrong with command line parameters for AutoMask.exe.

[10:44:09][Colorize]Backpack colorize task run failed.

What I don't understand is i processed it previously in a different CRS and it worked fine. When I follow the filepath I do not see anything titled pano_opt.exe and when I search for it in file explorer I do not see anything labeled that.

Hi Cary,

Sorry for the late response, for this issue it could be the file has been mistakenly deleted by firewall or defenders. You can check whether you can recover the file from the deleted list, and try to mark it as a safe file in the system. Or reinstall the app will also help, remember to revoke and re-activate to avoid problems during ur reinstallation.
