AR Update

So I checked in with the finance dept. and they said that they'll send in the payment today. That means that it'll probably be ready by the end of the week or so.

In any case, you'll have to send me a full roster of your students who will be using AR. 

You can generate a list through edline (once Sherry has it set up): 

1. open up your grade book
2. select your class from the dropdown menu
3. click on reports > list wizard
4. name it: "your class"
5. add the following available fields: name, nickname
6. click finish
7. click on print
8. select "Microsoft XPS Document..." (On windows XP or microsoft word 2000/2004, #8 should say "microsoft word image file" or something to that effect)
9. navigate where you'd like to save it (desktop)
10. copy the data (copy-paste) into an excel spreadsheet with the following fields filled out: First Name, Last Name, and Grade.

If that doesn't work, just manually type out your students into an Excel spreadsheet. I've attached a template for you to fill out.

Sorry guys, if the method I wrote doesn't work properly, please just type the names of the students all out into an excel spreadsheet. 

I basically need a list of all the students you have separated into different classes ASAP.
