Books to purchase for the English Dept.

This email is to start a conversation about which books we need to purchase for this next semester. 

The English Dept. has 2,000,000 won to use for the entire 2013 school year so please try very hard not to buy anything that you don't 100% absolutely need for your classes. 

I will personally be needing:

• 25 Copies of Macbeth
• 18 Copies of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Finding the exact copy of the book you want online on a Korean website will get you the books much faster.

Click through and just search for the book you need. Not really necessary to read Korean. Include the link to the book on your approval form.

When you make your approval forms, you need to make two: the first one is the general approval, the second is the approval to disburse money from the finance department to most likely the library department.

Hi Jeremiah,

I also may need a few more copies of The Witch of Blackbird Pond as the library only has 23 copies (again not sure of my class size yet).  I am using this book at the beginning of the semester, so will need these asap.  Until I recieve them I will plan to make photocopies of the first couple chapters to give to kids who don't have a book.

You can create an approval form through groupware to order the books. Include all that information and the estimated final cost, and submit an approval form with me included in it. You should have a copy of the approval path for "textbooks," correct?

I already submitted the one I did w/ whoever sent me info before the end of the day on the 20th.
