Dear Colleagues
Graduate Recruitment Program At Invesco, people are the foundation of our success and it is our mission to hire, develop and retain the best talent.
Currently, Invesco Hyderabad is hiring ten college graduates studying engineering/MCA and this is an invitation for referrals meeting the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility criteria:- · Pass out: 2013 only · Cut off: 65% aggregate in their course (Engineering or MCA) · No history of backlogs/arrears in any subject throughout the course · Willingness to work in shifts if assigned in infrastructure roles (any nine hours)
Engineering Graduates in the following streams:
· Computer Science (Engineering) · Information Technology (Engineering)
Additional screening criteria will be as below:
· Knowledge of IT · Good communication skills · Comprehension skills · Good Analytical and number crunching skills · Eye for detail · Problem solving skills
Co Cubes has been commissioned to run the selection assessments. The selection process is as follows, with candidates shortlisted at each stage:
· Resume screening for eligibility · Written test (verbal, quantitative, IT and behavioural assessments) · Interview conducted by Invesco team
Submission of referrals You can submit your referral, along with the candidates resume, via this link. The cut-off date for receipt of referrals is Friday, 3rd May 2013. Shortlisted candidates will receive communication via email and/or text message, as per the details provided in the resume, on the test venue and other relevant information from Co Cubes.
