Our next opportunity this season to serve the guests of Hospitality House is Tuesday, February 14.  Our theme this month is "Strangers in the Night". I'm looking forward to providing a special fancy and semi formal supper for our guests to celebrate Valentine's Day. Art and Cathy Tolman have graciously donated Prime Rib to serve 40 so I'm looking for help with a vegetarian main dish, side dishes, salads, desserts and breakfast items for the following morning.
