This is from my friend Robert Sudol from Warsaw, Shambhala Center main person, translator of  Trungpa's books.

Dear Sangha around the world,

On behalf of the Polish sangha I would like to thank you wholeheartedly for your support and for including Poland in your practice. I received a lot of e-mails and I passed them all to our community for everyone to draw strength from them.

This was very, very touching.

Yours in the vision of the Great Eastern Sun,

Robert Sudol

PS. A poem came to my mind, written by a great Polish poet. Here's an excerpt (sorry for my lame translation):

"A Joyous Self-Portrait"

Don't think I'm unhappy.

I'm happy that I think.

So think that I'm happy.

Awareness is a dance of joy.

And my awareness is dancing

Both in the splendor of a wildest party

And a most solemn ritual

Inseparably

My awareness is dancing.

And when this dance breaks apart

As any thread would

I will go up there

Where I was before I came to be,

Where I will be when there is no more of me

There - joy unreckonable.

Miron Białoszewski
