I am not happy to write this but hereby a short summary of my experience with Valenti.

I ordered some parts for my Airone Sport with them and the first order arrived last summer ( although with some delay). 

Valenti made a mistake in this order, and I returned the wrong part and ordered some extra parts. In the meantime, I started having a nice conversation with Marco about the origin of my Airone since in the original technical document, it states that the first owner was a certain Mr. Parodi from Genova. Marco offered to do some research and wrote me that indeed he was related to Giorgio Parodi which was of course an interesting thing to learn. He found some proof of this which he would send together with the parts I ordered. To make a long story short. I paid for the parts in November last year and despite many promises, I have not received the parts and since a few months also no replies on my emails. Perhaps something happened with him or the company that I am not aware of but this way of doing business is not serious.

Marco was my go to supplier pre covid   Good prices, good service and prompt shipping.  I placed an order earlier this year and one item was missing,  I was told it would be shipped, I needed one more item and even offered to pay the shipping. After a few emails….. nothing???  Unfortunately, too many issues for me to trust him anymore
