I’ve had pretty good luck with Eurocarb in the UK. It hurts a bit to pave postage to the US for just a few jets or small parts. But if you need it……. They make some of their own replacement parts too.

Hi I’m not at all convinced about the slide issue, a cure on BSAs. My Tourismo the throttle stop screw fell out the bike ran perfectly but would not tick over, obviously . On examination the slide has a keyway both sides one with a peg that’s a very poor fit the other completely open, the cable no seal at all, so how is this remotely airtight ? I would look at the flange mine was bent and a thread gone. Also the float level the needle is adjustable but on mine the jet has a nut on the inside so perhaps the height of this can be altered ? I had mine in a vice with fuel and with a vernier leg could measure the level. It’s much higher than I thought can’t remember the dimension.
