I was looking at that too. The bike itself is way overpriced but the black plate……..

Very cool! Why doesn’t the state publicize this?

One thing scary is that is doesn’t specify if it is a one time $50 charge or an annual fee. Mt ’63 BSA is now costing nearly $100 for registration. The bottom bracket for registration used to be $14.00.

Here in Illinois where all our past governors make our license plates a regular plate fee is $41.00 now up $2 from last year. You can get an antique plate good for 4 yrs. at the same cost but it comes with restrictions. The machine has to be at least 26 yrs. old to qualify for an antique plate.  Personalized plates for bikes are I think $50 or $75 to make the plate and a annual fee of $49 now.
