The one in my gasket set was broken into 4 pieces, so I bought some gasket paper and made one myself, it is not a complicated shape.  Not sure how well paper will stand up to the heat of a cylinder head.  If it fails, you can buy different gasket materials.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I Scored two gaskets from a guy on ebay.  As a bonus, the one on the bike was in great shape and I re-used it (probably 'cause I had 2 spares on hand).
