Adobe Document Cloud Font Pack and Spelling Dictionary enable you to display and interact with documents authored in languages other than those supported in your native Acrobat Reader. It is needed to correctly display a document when an author does not embed the appropriate font into the document. It is also needed when the author does embed the font, but the document reader wishes to interact with the content somehow, for example, by collaborating, commenting, or filling out forms.
Adobe Reader latest version must be installed in order to have the language font pack added. I've just noticed that PDF exported reports show all Chinese characters as square boxes. I've updated my adobe reader to the latest version and installed a relevant language pack but the character are still being displayed the same way. Please help? Is there anything I can do on my machine to make this work?
I have 32-bit reader on my PCs which are not connected to net. When I download the adobe from get.adobe.com/reader/ it wants to connects to internet. in the setup folder there are no files which I can use to install on remote PCs.
