I for the life of me cannot seem to find a way to get my entry delay to make any kind of countdown sound(or flashing lights) upon opening up my store. When I exit and arm I get sounds during the countdown at least letting me now I have to lock up before the countdown finishes. My keypad also flashes lights during the process. Handy.

Same issue here. (How) did you solve it? Exit delay countdown is present but no sounds after entry. I am using in combination with motion sensor. I have had a few false alarm already because I forgot to disarm.

If you open your door before entering the code to set to Away then your front door sensor will be bypassed until after you return and re-enter the code - which will also prevent the Entry Delay from working with the red light / sounds.

Set the hour, minute, and second for the online countdown timer, and start it. Alternatively, you can set the date and time to count days, hours, minutes, and seconds till (or from) the event. The timer triggered alert will appear, and the pre-selected sound will be played at the set time.

I am making a tower defense game. And i want to make tick-tock countdown sound but when i call "play sound" function in the code, it just keeps infinitely looping. i also used coroutine yet it didn't work. Please Help me.

As already mentioned in the title, I would like to know if you can deactivate the countdown sound (as shown in the picture), which is listened to at the end of a lap, and how this works exactly. Because it's annoying that you don't hear important noises like planting.

I'm trying to create a workout countdown timer of 30 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest.
After the 30 seconds run out, I would like to add a sound and once the sound stopped, start the 10 seconds rest countdown timer.
I managed to get the countdown timer to work, however can't seem to be able to get to the second stage of adding the sound then start the countdown rest timer of 10 seconds.
Can anyone help please?
Many thanks

Many thanks for this.
One thing I was looking for and this didn't cover was the countdown timer to actually show on the screen. So counting down from 30....
Thank you though Appreciate you using your time to help me.

Im trying the get the powerfull right Hand of the Final Countdown. Im relative new to Vital and Software Synthesizers. Im struggeling with the right brassy Sound. Im not getting enough power to the sinth. The left Hand was not a big Deal for me and isnt that important as the iconic melody. Have some of you already made this right Hand sound in Vital or can give me some tips with the Envelopes and LFOs for the Brass (seems like a horn) It would be really if sb is able to help me

Found a workaround to this irritating problem. Apparently after you set the default timer (1 sec), press start and let the timer countdown and sound off. After that it will stick to the default sound you had set. I am on IOS 17.1

I have experienced the same thing. Apple has started assuming what's best for the end user and shouldn't. One ridiculous thing they put in place is, if you are using your iPhone in whatever manner, the ringtone is automatically lowered. Who needs this!?!?! If you're in a quiet room and the timer goes off, people will hear it no matter how low Apple thinks the sound should be or if you re using your phone or not. Besides, this setting wouldn't cut mustard in a NYC theater. Worse the tone they chose for default is practically inaudible even when I figured out how to hear it at its loudest. In other words, the default alarm tone is useless. Apple, bring back our ability to change the default tone!

As an aside, the latest updates are aggravating in more than one way! I swear they changed the sensitivity of finger drag for spelling words, because I am making all sorts of mistakes in my texts now that I never used to. Why did they have to mess with things that work so well? ?

I have the QW9104-840 in a master bedroom and the panel, despite having the volume all the way down, continues to make its voice and countdown sounds while the occupant is sleeping. Is there a way to turn this off? The original secondary panel did as well as have a button to quickly shutoff the panel screen.

Okay, thanks. I turned it all the way down but the countdown is still audible. Can this be fixed with a firmware patch in the future because it kind of defeats the purpose of having the panel if I have to use the app.

When you make a call with SOS, your iPhone will call the local emergency number automatically and share your location information with the emergency services1. In some countries and regions, you may need to choose the service that you need. For example, in China mainland you can choose police, fire or ambulance. When SOS appears in your iPhone status bar, it means a mobile network is available for emergency calls.

You can also add emergency contacts. After an emergency call has ended, your iPhone can alert your emergency contacts with a text message, unless you choose to cancel this option. Your iPhone will send your current location, and for a period of time after you've entered SOS mode, your emergency contacts will receive updates when your location changes.

After the call has ended, your iPhone will send your emergency contacts a text message with your current location, unless you choose to cancel. If Location Services is turned off, it will turn on temporarily. If your location changes, your contacts will get an update and you'll receive a notification about 10 minutes later.

If you continue to hold down the side button and volume button, instead of dragging the slider, a countdown will start and an alert will sound. If you release the buttons after the countdown, your iPhone will call the emergency services automatically.

If you start the countdown by accident, you can cancel it. On iPhone 8 or later, release the side button and volume button before the countdown ends. On iPhone 7 or earlier, press the Stop button, then tap Stop Calling.

On iPhone 8 or later, your iPhone can call the emergency services automatically. When Call with Hold and Release is turned on and you hold the side button and one of the volume buttons to make an emergency call, your iPhone will start a countdown and sound an alert. If you release the buttons after the countdown has ended, your iPhone will call the emergency services automatically.

When Call with 5 Button Presses is turned on and you try to make an emergency call, your iPhone will start a countdown and sound an alert. After the countdown has finished, your iPhone will call the emergency services automatically.

Here are some close example I found (not perfect example but shows the idea): ://www.freesound.org/people/reinsamba/sounds/39705/ _lyon3/sounds/166713/ --> This one is pretty good, because it clearly shows when is the end before the snapshot click.

Note that cameras usually come with this feature and perform beeps in the last 3/5 seconds to let the photographed user/s know when to smile, but dont hesitate to experiment because i personally think a camera flash would be a very good identifier for people that are far away from the phone, but i do wonder who takes these types of pictures these days.

If you were restricted by hardware then you probably wouldn't want to do any of this but, since you're using iOS and have existing hardware, why not allow the user to record their own sound to be played 1 second before the shutter release. This could be automatically cued so that the shutter fires 1 second after the recording has finished playing. You could even offer them a small library of sounds like bell dings, bleeps, mechanical noises, pre-recorded voices saying 'Smile!'... Turn the whole thing into a feature that adds value to your product!

- I am not sure if other users are experiencing the same issue but I find that the seconds countdown is just a little slow. Definitely not like in the youtube video link in the op. Would it be possible to also adjust the speed of the countdown? I thought that maybe my vessel was too big and had too many parts which might have slowed down the countdown. However, I experienced the same slowness with a very basic and tiny rocket.

Now here's a hypothetical question dealing with the countdown clock and Mechjeb regarding "Timed" launches" (For example in order to meet up with a space station or a luanch window. to say another planet (Say DUna For example)

Regarding the Saves, it does save the sound settings between launches (regardless of the ship) but it does not seem to save the launch sequence settings for the ships between launches. It only seems to keep the launch sequence settings when you click the "Revert to launch" button and not if you go to the VAB and back to the launchpad.

Regarding the countdown, I am getting an approximate 1.5-2 second lag between the seconds on the countdown clock and since the sound/voice sequence seems to be triggered by the countdown clock it stutters the fun immersion experience.

I have actually tried it out with all the different countdowns and have encountered the approximate 1 second wait that you mentioned in the previous post. I have the sound button/toggle enabled in the settings. I also do not have any timewarp mods installed. Thanks for your help!
