Believers Never Die was released after Fall Out Boy toured as support for blink-182's 2009 summer reunion tour and shortly before Fall Out Boy announced an indefinite hiatus in late 2009. Of the two new songs, "Alpha Dog" was released as a single on October 26, 2009, and peaked at #60 in Australia.[11] A demo version of it was on the Welcome to the New Administration mixtape, under the name "ALPHAdog and OMEGAlomaniac". Believers Never Die was generally received positively by critics. It appeared on the charts in some countries but its commercial success was limited. In 2013, the greatest hits set was followed up with Save Rock and Roll, the band's first studio album since Folie à Deux (2008). In February 2014, Believers Never Die was certified Silver in the UK by the BPI, and was upgraded to Gold in October 2015 for 100,000 copies shipped.[12]

Believers Never Die is a greatest hits compilation album released by Fall Out Boy in 2009 shortly before announcing their hiatus which would last until 2012 when they began work on Save Rock And Roll.

Willie Nelson & Asleep at the Wheel: Willie and the Wheel (Bismeaux)Every once in a while Nelson nails a fluke--kiddie album, Hank Snowstopover, sop to his road band. It's the big concepts that fallslightly flat--we're lucky American Classic is as lively as itis. This one falls in between. Three decades ago the late great JerryWexler, who signed Nelson to historically R&B Atlantic in 1973 andgot Phases and Stages as a reward, came up with the grandscheme of pairing the subliminally jazzy Nelson with the world'sgreatest Western swing revival band. Only by now Asleep at the Wheel, though in need as always of distinctive vocals and material, has beenon the road as long as Bob Wills himself. Enter Wexler's song list andone of the greatest singers alive. Western swing is so rowdy andlighthearted that its chestnuts lack the serious sophistication ofgreat American songbook fare. But they sure are spry, and Nelson is sodelighted to be singing them that the band's expertise lights up. Factis, this compares favorably to Wills' Tiffany Transcriptionsbox. Fact is, Wills never had a singer in Willie's class either.A
