On the radio today; Prospect Park Bandshell Saturday

we're on the radio today!
our old friend irene trudel at wfmu is bringing us by again today at
3pm EST, and you can tune in live at 91.1FM in New York or listen
online anywhere at www.wfmu.org. the show goes until 6pm. we'll be
on a chunk of it in the middle.

we'll be playing a lot of new stuff, so hope you can check it out!

in other news - we're playing Celebrate Brooklyn this SATURDAY June 20
at 7:30pm! (doors open 6:30) and it's FREE!

Gutbucket is playing a full opening set, and then we're playing crazy
backup band to our friends the string quartet Ethel's new movie
score! to the Mexican movie "La Nave De Los Monstruos" ... this movie
is a kind of amazing B-movie/sci-fi flick about women from the planet
Venus in search of men across the galaxy, who happen upon Mexico and
pick up this guy Laureamo.... and the only creatures that understand
love are the robots (oh, and Laureamo). Or something like that.

Anyway, please come on out! Saturday evening in the Park will be
amazing.
