Hi everyone,

We've hit Day 3 of our recording sessions for our fifth CD.
Yesterday was a 14 hour day.
After 4 days of nonstop recording... just the beginning ... we'll be
surfacing and playing a show at Littlefield in Park Slope this
THURSDAY 5/27.

Here's the info: http://www.littlefieldnyc.com/event-detail/?id=7045
We're on at 9pm; but the whole show should be great.

This will be our LAST SHOW BEFORE SEPTEMBER so please come out!

Here's what the NY Times had to say about it:

★ SHAKERS N’ BAKERS, ALLISON MILLER’S BOOM TIC BOOM, GUTBUCKET
(Thursday) Each of the three headliners on this bill combines an
abundance of talent with a strong point of view, offering its own
version of open-ended modern jazz. Shakers n’ Bakers borrows its
repertory from the so-called vision songs of 19th-century Shaker
women; Boom Tic Boom, led by Ms. Miller, a versatile drummer, focuses
on smartly chamberlike original music. Gutbucket takes a no-holds-
barred approach to the jazz-rock paradigm, with compellingly messy
results. Doors at 7:30 p.m., Littlefield, 622 Degraw Street, between
Third and Fourth Avenues, Gowanus , Brooklyn, (718) 855-3388,
littlefieldnyc.com; $8. (Chinen)
