Gurukul Cultural program on May 13th

Hello everyone,
As you might already know, Gurukul culturals day is coming up on May 13th.
The Gurukul creative team has been asked to decorate the halls and the stage for the event. We will also have to assist teachers with costumes and stage props that they'll need  for their programs. 
 
We'll be making a comprehensive list of 'to do's for the event and will purchase art supplies shortly.
 
Any help you can lend will be appreciated.  You can meet Latika, Vaishali, Aparna Nanda or me at the temple, discuss what you want to help with,  pick up the necessary supplies from us and work on the project at home, OR, come to temple on Sundays and just jump in and help us with whatever we are working on that day!
 
Either way, just reply back to this email and let us know if you will be willing to help out.

Good that you have clearly sent this message with what is needed.  I am sure the function on May 13th will be a great success.  I shall also drop in and do my little portion.  Best wishes to you all.

I am not sure what time our cultural programs starts on 13th. Most of our students have other classes if it starts 10 am. I wonder if we could start 12pm instead of 10 am.
