Hello Team,

Good Morning!

Rupamji : Please take as much time as possible. I know you are really tied up right now:-)

Wanted to bounce back some ideas with you - I had been looking at some word search games and was wondering if we could make some for our language classes.

How we can make it is :

Have English alphabets in the jumble . The search word will be say in hindi for younger kids like - "aam" shall be the search word and they will have to find Mango in the jumble. For older kids, we will have the search word in English like "Mango" and they will have to find "AAM".

Basically the older kids will have to translate English to their language and the younger kids will have to translate regional language to English. We can do that for fruits, action words, food, grammar - the topics are endless. We may even have them based on all the flashcards that are being made.

Let me know your thoughts and also who would be interested in doing it - in bits and parts, of course.

Thanks!

Neelam

Neelamji and all teachers,
Thanks for all your valuable inputs and suggestions. As Nimishaji said, it'll be easier to try and find images for nouns.. I'll start working on this.

Regards
Swathi

Hello Neelam Ji and Shilpa Ji,

Good efforts!

A couple of suggestions that I made in Pink. We will have to focus on looking for "noun" words that describe the alphabets since it will be easier to get pictures/images of those.
One of my suggestions for Shatkona 'Sh' is Santosh, it will be hard to get an image for that, so a hexagon will work best, but for older kids we can describe santosh as well.

Thanks,
Nimisha

Hi Neelam,

I am so sorry I will not be able to come to the Temple today. I have patients in labor and can not predict when they will deliver.

Could you give me a call or a number to call you? I'd love to chat with you.

I can not tell you how proud I am of your work at Gurukul!

Regards,

Uma
