Thanks for making the corrections.I found 3 more:
Kator should be kathor
English for "दायाँ"and " बायाँ" does not match.It should be "daayaan" and "baayaan".
The opposite of शोर is शांति and English meaning will be noisy and silence.
Apart from above here are a few considerations:
1."लात मारना" is an action word however it is used in a negative sense normally.Same with "बदसूरत".I can not think of any alternatives for those words.I suggest dropping those 2 altogether.
What do you think Neelamji and Shivaniji?

Swathiji,Here are my comments regarding the Action words and opposite words Flash cards.Action Words:1. "सोचना" should be "To Think" since "सोच" is same as "Think". do you think it will be more appropriate to add "To" before the action words. Examples - To eat, to drink, to dance....2. The English word for सोचना is "To Think" instead of "Imagine". The Hindi meaning of Imagine is "कल्पना"3. The English meaning of बुलाना is "To invite" instead of "Call". The Hindi meaning of Call is "पुकारना"4. भजाना should be बजाना5. चलाना has been used twice for "To Ride" & "To Drive". You may want to pull these cards together in the deck.6. सीखना means "To Learn" as you have rightly used. However in your example, you use "To Study". I suggest to use a different example using " to learn" instead of "to study"
Opposite Words1. Opposite of "खाली" is "भरा"2. Opposite of "कोमल" is "कठोर"3. Opposite of "बायाँ" is "दायाँ"4. Opposite of "शांत" (means Quiet) cannot be "जोर" (Means Force). Just got a chance to go through the word lists on the spreadsheet..
I have a few questions..
1. List2 is parts of the face, List 3 is parts of the body, List 5 is animals, List 7 is colors, List 8 is fruits, List 9 is numbers, List 10 is vegetables, List 11 is weather, List 12 is birds.
We already have flash cards for colors and fruits; We can work on others here as well. What level classes will be using these word lists? We can start collecting pictures and then think of various ways they can be used in fun activities for the kids in class.
2. Lists 1, 4, 6, 13, 14 and 15 seem to be random words.. . How were they compiled? Are there specific lesson plans / stories that will be told in class that will have these words?
A little more detail on these word lists will be helpful.
