What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Issue updates should be performed using Google Code's issue API rather than
an external script.

The wiki page (http://code.google.com/p/gurtle/wiki/IssueUpdateSetup)
references a Google Code Support issue
(http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=148) which is now
Fixed. That issue's resolution links to the Google Code blog post
(http://googlecode.blogspot.com/2009/10/issue-tracker-data-api-for-project.html)
announcing the new API.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
1. Reduces the chance that future Google Code changes will affect Gurtle's
issue update mechanism.
2. Easier configuration for users of Gurtle.
3. No need to rely on an external script.
