Optimization with CUDA GPU cores?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to run the optimization by utilizing the GPU cores?  e.x Nvidia CUDA cores.

I know MATLAB has a parallel computing toolbox that can use Nvidia GPUs for up to 7 times faster operation!
