extreme ray equals to zero

Hi~

I am trying to solve my problem by benders decomposition. However,  when I tried to add a feasibility cut to the master problem, the extreme ray that I obtained using farkasdual equals to zero. Does that mean that the dual of the slave problem is infeasible? What should I do to find the reasons that lead to this problem?
