Where can I find meaning of these terms online?

Better yet, how to interpret them and predict time to convergence.

The logfile is explained in the Gurobi Reference Manual:

Thank you, Greg.

Is there any performance advantage (besides more available memory)
in going from Gurobi for 32-bit Windows to Gurobi for 64-bit Windows?

There's no benefit in terms of speed. From the perspective of using Gurobi, the reason to use 64-bit Windows is so that you do not have the 2 GB application limit that is typically found on 32-bit Windows.

On that page, what does "cutoff" mean?

There's also a typo on that page: "T?his"

Cutoff means that node was fathomed (cutoff) because the value was worse than the best solution found so far.
