I am on windows and cannot find the R 3.5.0 installer, only 3.5.1. Will this still work with gurobi?

Yes, the R interface of Gurobi version 8.0.1 should work with any R 3.5.X release.

The current Gurobi release 8.0.1 ships a R package for R 3.5.X, so if your Rstudio installation is set up to use R 3.5.X, you can just follow the installation instructions
