gurobi license error

I have suddenly started to get this error while using gurobi

ERROR: License is for 1 sockets, machine has 2

I was using gurobi licenses without any problem on the same machines
earlier. Please look into this issue.

If this is a free trial or free academic license, simply request another license. If this is a commercial license, please contact support AT (companyname) DOT com.

I am installing new licenses but the problem persists. However, I
downloaded a bunch of keys from the website a while ago and I am using
them with grbgetkey. Should I just get new keys also?

Nevermind, we found an issue where the license key server was not saving the socket count. This should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting this.

To get an updated license key, simply request a new academic or trial license (as applicable) and rerun grbgetkey per the instructions on the Gurobi website.
