Job Description: Your Mission

Activision’s User Research team is looking for a friendly, diligent, full-time Receptionist with a passion for games and talking with people. As a receptionist, you will work with the User Research team to check-in research participants, replenish snacks, receive packages at the Activision User Research Center in Sherman Oaks, CA.



This position is full-time, on-site.



Responsibilities:

Greet guests and check them in using the Envoy visitor management system and validate parking.

Answer phone and prepare messages.

Receive, and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Coordinate with staff for pick-up.

Replenish snacks (food and drinks) in the common area.

Assist Research staff in additional check-in processes on study days.

Manage paper shredding program and vendor services.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment

Must have Customer Service experience.

Strong phone skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Adaptable and quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a plus.

Passion for video games is a plus.
