Job Description: The UX Researcher is responsible for preparing and conducting studies to assess the usability of our games and audience satisfaction in order to guide game development.



This includes the preparation of the study protocol, the implementation of data collection tools, data analysis, interpretation and reporting in order to meet the various objectives and needs of the production department as well as the studio.



You will join the Content division, whose objective is to offer innovative services and expertise to our partner & internal studios in the development of their vision.



Our goal is to support projects on all content issues to create the best games.

Duties:



Collaborate with development studios to understand their needs and adapt studies to the production schedule.

Design protocols & surveys for our studies using a wide range of user research methods, including playtesting, usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations and focus groups.

Identify the right profiles and recruit users, set up and observe playtests and analyze the results by offering recommendations.

Analyze the UX of our games and make recommendations.

Create guidelines to share your experience between projects.

Integrate accessibility into the heart of the UX design of our projects.

Take care of the test equipment and your schedule.

Act as a mentor for Associate UX Researchers

Prerequisites of the position

Required profile:



Required :



The desire to have a real impact on our games.

Ability to communicate research results clearly.

Experience and good knowledge of various research methods, good practice of interactions and principles of design.

Strong user research skills (developing appropriate methods to meet objectives, conducting appropriate analyses, communicating results effectively).

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

A passion for video games, and knowledge of recent market developments.

Good ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing

Knowledge of game design.

Bac+5 in ergonomics, cognitive psychology or other relevant training or experience.
