Job Description: We are a world-class video game studio looking for an entry level User Research Coordinator to join our team. A user research coordinator facilitates screening and scheduling of our study participants and assists the User Research Team with participant interactions onsite during research studies.







Responsibilities:







Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for user research studies (in person and remotely) under the guidance of the Researchers on a project





Communicate with participants throughout the pre and post research process including screening, scheduling, sending reminders, and follow-up communications about their participation





Assist the research team with observation notes and participant interactions in the research lab





Propagate builds to the lab and troubleshoot game issues and hardware issues during research studies





Compile research deliverables (video capture, notes, etc.) from the Researchers to be delivered stakeholder





Support and maintain the participant panel used by the research team









Qualifications:





Developing knowledge of user research (usability, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, etc.) or other research for video games or related media





Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)





Must be able to work quickly and independently, and adjust processes based on feedback from researchers and stakeholders





Good organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills





General knowledge of popular computer and video games and game culture are required





Experience using survey tools such as Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, Datstat, Qualtrics, etc





Familiarity with Jira, Hansoft, or other task tracking and project management software
