Deptt of Town & Country Planning, Government of Haryana has requested the Management to take necessary action. A report is also required to be sent to the Government within 3 days. We will now wait to hear back from the Management in writing on the actions planned. For information sharing please.

Please find enclosed herewith a Notice from Apartment Buyers Association of Vatika City (Regd.) on behalf of Iris Blocks Owners in view of unilateral decision taken by Vatika and to forcibly replace the external Tiles with cement plaster. Inspite of press reports and several requests made by Owners & the Association vide several mails, the work is still continuing. The Notices are also being sent simultaneously by Registered AD Posts.

 

Senior Town Planner, Mr. Yusuf M Mansuri, copied here, may please go through the letter and direct Vatika Management to stop the replacements and have a dialogue with the Owners.
