This is in the reference to the subject sited above. .Many homeless /residing in jhuggis people are unable to take advantage of various Government Policies in the absence of Ration Cards / BPL Card .It is important to issue instruction to issue instructions to facilitate People falling under Economic Weaker Section / Below Poverty Line category with Ration Cards / BPL Card.
It is impossible to understand and believe that approximately 7000 people ( in my knowledge ) are living without any identity card , Ration Card / BPL Card only in Gurgaon since last many years . These people are living their life in jhuggis where as they all are entitled for Food , Education , House , workplace , Free Treatment as per Government policies . But the crude truth is that all these people are living without any benefit ..
For Housing 1040 forms have already submitted to The Administrator , HUDA , Gurgaon .
The National Food Security Ordinance, 2013, NOTIFIED ON 5/7/2013 will only beneficial and properly implemented when the actual people will be equipped with Ration Cards / BPL Card.
The list of 1040 families will be submitted shortly with complete filled forms .Hope the necessary instructions would be issued on issuance of Ration Card / BPL Card .
