RWA handover Order by DTCP Haryana

It had recently appeared in The Times of India that STP, Gurgaon had instructed 35 Builders to initiate actions to handover the compounds to respective RWAs. A copy of the letter sent by STP to the Builders is enclosed. We have approached CMD of Vatika, our Builder, as a follow up action. Others may also like to initiate actions.

I spoke to Amit Jain of FAOA and his recommendation is follow the HAOA as mentioned in the STP letter. Col. Dhawan is the force behind this thinking. Some society has already gone down that path. You can call me on 99101 65104.

For us we are yet to decide.

Dear Friends 

There are few procedures to make Court Order implementation for all . The Order of Competition Commission of India was submitted by me to The Director General , Town and Country Planning Department , Haryana , The Sr. Town Planner , Town and Country Planning Department , Haryana and The Distt. Town Planner ( Enforcement ) , Town and Country Planning Department , Gurgaon ,Haryana with request letter to implement the Orders on all the Group Housing Societies . 

The request was accepted and the orders were issued . These are for all the Group Housing Societies . Kindly see attachment No -2 .

Dear All

For the condominium’s HAOA 1983 shall apply. Sub-laws can be amended by RWA’s. That administration means the maintenance has to be carried by RWA’s inter-alia the running of Community Center /Club has to be run by the same administration i.e. RWA’s. This shall be ridicules that 9100 sqft as against Lacs of sqft by RWA’s shall be run be the Builder Bouncers. Meaning by DTCP is misusing the Act, 1983 in respect of Community Center/ Club. Hence as a first step we should not allow the Guards of Bestech to enter our premises any more.
