Sub - Complaint on the Violation AND ILLEGAL SALE of F.A.R ( FLOOR AREA RATIO ) resulted financial loss and fraud with Government exchequer and property buyers in Haryana by Builders / Developers license obtained from Town & Country Planning Department , Haryana 

This has in the reference to the subject sited above . Most of the builders have charged money from property buyers on the name of area increase of super area .

The compounding of above stated violation does not match with money charged from property buyers for area increased in 117 cases as records in hand .

As per calculations taken on various site in Gurgaon and Faridabad the F.A.R violation is more or less 33% . If we calculate this violation with each license comes to non compoundable offence . 

Now we come to calculation part . If builder is selling increased area of stair case , lobby , lift and parking area means sale of common area along with money charged on the name of super area clearly states violation of F.A.R .

We have respected the honesty of  Town & Country Planning Department , Haryana and builders in our all calculations and calculated increased area as per the amount charged by builders from property buyers . That calculation clearly states that each builder has to pay minimum to minimum 7,50,000 per flat to Town & Country Planning Department , Haryana .

We have list of 6000 flats in Gurgaon as on date . If we further calculate the grant of license from 2010 to till date is 637 and club the total sale of total floors are more than 

In the larger Public interest we hereby submit our complaint to this office for recovery of Public money at the earliest .

Calculation

Total area given in final demand by builder – total area shown in approved plan by town & country planning department, Haryana – Total area given in deed of declaration will clear the area violation ( F.A.R ) . The area will further establish the compoundable / non compoundable offence.
