Sub - Complaint against responsible Officials for wasteful Expenditure on Ashiana Flats constructed in Sector - 47 , Gurgaon , Haryana for BPL Families and non allotment of flats constructed by M/s Bestech in Sector - 47 , Gurgaon , Haryana in residential colony for EWS / BPL Families .
This has in the reference to the subject sited above .
The ASHIANA flats were constructed for BPL families in February, 2011 and still laying vacant . This is a proven wasteful expenditure as the life of these houses were decided 25 years and 18% life of these houses went without any utilization . It is requested to fix the responsibility of erring officials to stop misuse of Public money or punish erring officials those found guilty for not did allotment to honour the Policy of Government .
M/s Bestech got license to construct the residential township from Town & Country Planning Department , Haryana with the condition to construct 20% flats for EWS/BPL Families in Sector - 47 , Gurgaon , Haryana .M/s Bestech failed to allot the flats to EWS/BPL Families under the Haryana Appartment Act , 1983 .
If we do not have BPL / EWS Families in India then no need for these kind of policies because we waste Public money on debates , policy making in Parliament and State Assemblies .
