Sub-Complaint against the responsible Officials of National Highway Authority of India for the Death of innocent People of Gurgaon, Danger in Life of innocent People of Gurgaon, Wastage of Fuel & time of innocent People of Gurgaon for defective design and knowingly not taking serious, honest and immediate corrective measures to correct the defective points on NH-8 from HERO HONDA CHOWK to KM-24 TOLL PLAZA at Ambience Mall under Gurgaon Area. Not cleaning the surface storm water drains alongside at HERO HONDA CHOWK.
It is requested to honest action on my complaint against the Chairman, National Highway Authority of India . The Officials of National Highway Authority of India in spite the knowledge , information about the requirement of Foot over Bridges , Flyovers and underpasses did not take action resulted in to the death of innocent people in accidents at HERO HONDA CHOWK NH-8 in Gurgaon .
The attachment no 2, 3, 4 are documentary proof of acceptance of the requirement of flyover and under pass in Gurgaon . The design of foot over bridge was sent to N.H.A.I in April 2013 . But till date Officials are sitting in their offices and waiting for more accidents to happen .
The condition of storm water drain is miserable . The water logging at Hero Honda Chowk is common affair . But this makes no difference to inhuman NHAI Officials .
The defective design and incomplete work of service lane / short space on service lane and around expressway resulted traffic jam . The act of National Highway Authority of India resulted fuel wastage and precious time of the residents .
More than Two hundred people died in 1,696 accidents on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway since January 23, 2008 are anonymous entities for both the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the concessionaire firm, DSC Limited. Last year, the total number of casualties along the entire stretch between Sirhol toll plaza to Kapriwas was 136, less than the figure of 163 registered in 2011.The 27-km Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, which is part of this 40-km long highway, also registered only 55 deaths as compared to previous year’s 89, according to the city traffic police. However, the total number of casualties across the city was almost equal to the previous year’s figure. The number of accidental deaths registered all over Gurgaon, including NH-8, Faridabad Road, Sohna Road and other roads, last year was 438, while it was 437 in 2011.
As per the terms and conditions of the concessionaire agreement, the toll operator and NHAI share the amount of toll collected on 50% basis only when the daily traffic volume crosses 1.3 lakh vehicles.The traffic volume had crossed this benchmark in the very second month of the launch of the expressway in February 2008 and since then NHAI has been receiving 50 % of the toll collection over and above the 1.3 lakh vehicles.The average daily traffic volume on Gurgaon expressway these days is 1.9 lakh.
It is requested to take landmark action against the concerned officers along with the Chairman so no one can take public facility on ride because this not mistake .

· 167 Public servant framing an incorrect document with intent to cause injury. Imprisonment for 3 years or Cognizable fine, or both.
· Case law on duty by government servant attached – duty by Government servant
