This has in the reference to the subject sited above. The Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana has created huge legal issues by giving licenses to various builders without acquisition land for EDC works in Sohna , Gurgaon  ( list is attached with this letter )

The EDC charged against grant of license is the biggest SCAM and huge financial losses to Government of Haryana, various Government Departments and People. Similar type of case is pending in Hon’able Punjab & Haryana High Court vide no 238390 of 2014. Now land acquisition would cost 10 times higher than the last license granted to builder/s. Further the construction work in the area and thereafter will consume GROUNDWATER. The act of town & country planning department prove the hand in glove with builders.

The act of Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana will further lead to Environmental issues and court cases during land acquisition. It is requested to access the financial burden viz a viz financial losses as well financial gains to builders.

All the builders have been forcefully giving possession to property buyers without taking occupation certificate. Many complaints are laying in the office of the Director General Town & Country Planning Department, Sr.Town Planner, Town & Country Planning Department,Gurgaon and Distt.Town Planner( E), Town & Country Planning Department,Gurgaon without any action ! Why no action?

Possession without occupation Certificate , non construction of EWS Flats , illegal sale of Parking area , Super area without any approval and membership charges on community buildings ( club ) is illegal financial activity . Many complaints are laying in the office of the Director General Town & Country Planning Department, Sr.Town Planner, Town & Country Planning Department,Gurgaon and Distt.Town Planner( E), Town & Country Planning Department,Gurgaon without any action ! Why no action?

It is requested to investigate the matter and fix the responsibility of erring officials and Builders .
