Sub - Complaint against Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon for not making efforts to complete development works , not taking action against illegal use of HUDA Land ( land used for liquor consumption ) , poor maintenance of the area and leaving station without prior permission from Higher Authorities and non implementation of orders of higher authorities is abuse / indiscipline / insubordination. Financial loss to HUDA .

On issue mentioned in the subject we the residents of various sectors inform many times but Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon did not took even a step .

The attachments no 2 to 6 with this mail are instructions issued by the Administrator , HUDA , Gurgaon on Citizen Charter Removal of Encroachments , Clearence of Malba , Planning of unplanned land , clearance of garbage . Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon did not acted on single issue and when asked his reply was unparliamentary . This act is abuse / indiscipline / insubordination by the Officer .
The Attachments no 7 to 10 with this mail are documentary proof of his attitude towards important development works .
The road coming from Ghata to Sohna Road is important route to reach home . The condition of road around GHATA and midway speaks the working of Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon . The Liquor Shop and AHAATA has raised huge chances of accidents but no action has been initiated by the officer .
The Residents have paid money for infrastructure and facilities . No plans given by Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon for such an important 27-29 sector dividing road . He has miserably failed to execute new development plans . We are in a process to submit his established irregularities which are still hidden from the Authorities .
It is requested to inspect the performance of Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon and take suitable action to set example for others .

This has in the reference to the subject sited above .
We made huge effort to complete the road infrastructure . The culvert is very important for this area . We tried everything to complete this culvert before monsoon rains of 2015 but Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon is not ready to complete this work . Why ? The answer is with only Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon .
It is requested to call explanation on all approved / incomplete development works from Sh.A.K Mittal , Executive Engineer , HUDA , Division No-1 , Gurgaon .
We hope for an early action in this matter .
