1. I have paid all dues to MCG , Gurgaon . No amount/ bill is pending on my name or my house falling under the jurisdiction .
2. As on date no amount pending as on date on my name on Maintenance Account in reference to M/s Malibu Estate Pvt. Ltd , Sohna Road , Gurgaon and MEPL Maintenance pvt. Ltd
3. There is no notice / request / advice has been pending on my name of any agency as per best of my knowledge on account of water in Gurgaon .EDC amount has paid through builder M/s Malibu Estate Pvt. Ltd , Sohna Road , Gurgaon to HUDA .
4. As per Article 21 Right to Life and personal Liberty ( Right to Water )under Constitution no one can disrupt / disconnect / lock water supply to my house with/without notice . The Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act 1975 Article 2.(g) , (i),Article 3(3)(iii) and Article 10 applies on Builder/ Developer M/s Malibu Estate Pvt. Ltd and Service Provider MEPL Maintenance pvt. Ltd , HUDA and regulator The Town and Country Planning Department , Haryana are responsible and authorised for sufficient WATER SUPPLY .
5. I left Gurgaon on 21/5/2012 at 6.A.M and my daughter was all alone in house . The M/s Malibu Estate Pvt. Ltd , MEPL Maintenance pvt. Ltd , Officials of HUDA and The Town and Country Planning Department , Haryana with intention to haress me and my family member disconnect / disrupt water supply . I have to rush back when my daughter informed me that there is no water at home .
6. We purchased the water to Drink from outside and there was no water for sanitation and create life threat for non-sanitation .
7.Today I rush back to settle the things and called concerned Officials but no satisfactory reply given by concerned Officials .Few Officials did not respond to my phone calls .
8. I have to arrange WATER from outside to restore the life for few hours .
9. This action may be taken as I have filed complain against HUDA and Town & Country Planning Officials to Hon'able Lokayukta , Haryana
Kindly Lodge my complaint and take action against erring Officials / Person/s as per law

Dear Raman ,
This is shocking but not surprising after observing arrogant attitude of management & Office bearers of Malibu Estate, MEPL maintenance
More so recently.
I have received similar complaints from number of residents whose electricity was disconnected from distribution boxes and not maintained for days.
I had taken up number of cases with MEPL maintenance after which they restored supplies.
In fact the staff had been threatening that they will stop water supply to whole township making excuse of failure of Water pumps or some other excuse.
I can assure you all support of Malibu Federation of RWAs if you let me have details.
