Sub - Complaint against the responsible Officials of National Highway Authority of India for the Death of innocent People of Gurgaon, Danger in Life of innocent People of Gurgaon , Wastage of Fuel & time of innocent People of Gurgaon for defective design and knowingly not taking serious , honest and immediate corrective measures to correct the defective points on NH-8 from HERO HONDA CHOWK to KM-24 TOLL PLAZA at Ambience Mall under Gurgaon Area .

The humble Prayer to highest Chair for Justice to the residents of Gurgaon .

 Last year, the total number of casualties along the entire stretch between Sirhol toll plaza to Kapriwas was 136, less than the figure of 163 registered in 2011.

The 27-km Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, which is part of this 40-km long highway, also registered only 55 deaths as compared to previous year’s 89, according to the city traffic police.However, the total number of casualties across the city was almost equal to the previous year’s figure. The number of accidental deaths registered all over Gurgaon, including NH-8, Faridabad Road, Sohna Road and other roads, last year was 438, while it was 437 in 2011.

The Expressway (NH-8) was constructed to ease the traffic load for the growth of Country . No doubt about this fact that the road infrastructure is important for development . During construction of the Expressway the each resident of Gurgaon donated 4 hours a day due to traffic jams without any complaint .The Officials of National Highway Authority of India have been taking meetings on this issue and few residents have taken this matter to various Courts .

Honorable Sir life is important .  The attached letters with mail are documentary proof and admission of the Officers of National Highway Authority of India . Our Prayer to Your Good self is to pass instructions to the Authority to complete the required Underpass / Over bridges in set time frame to avoid any further loss of Life .To set example kindly take action against the responsible Officers . Kindly instruct the Gurgaon Police to lodge F.I.R against the Officials of  National Highway Authority of India for the killing of the residents of Gurgaon as in spite the complete knowledge they did not provide the required infrastructure , Wastage of Fuel .If Toll collection centers are responsible for the wastage of fuel and foreign currency than it is better to fix advance toll payment systems or connect all the toll gates with mobile payment system . This system would need only connectivity with mobile phones / cell tower connectivity. This would deduct the toll amount as soon as the commuter will cross the system .This way we will save huge amount of Money & Time .
