This shall be addressed to U, Mr. Poonia Ji for the fact that people who are not interested to load their Computers. However attaching the RTI filed by undersigned & DHBVN reply.
The RTI was raised in June and RTI before the S.E. Mr. Chopra is still pending.
Mr. Raman U are requested to call meeting of Forum. As a president how many meetings U are able to conduct any of the meetings.
Lastly but not the least U do not know peny nut about electricity. As a RTI activist I have got refund of extra charges realized by DHBVN. The pending issues are in respect of Builder related.

I can laugh only on all this eyewash and in need of publicity . All the Officials are ready to discuss this matter . First of all one has to decide to whom You want to support . In the last 18 months we have got water connection , Sewage Connection , Storm water connection through Progressive Gurgaon Forum . The work to give new shape to Sohna Road has started and the Flyover on Subash Chowk has about to take off .

We will get 24 x 7 power supply scheme soon . The members of Progressive Gurgaon Forum never cried for any outside help because we are capable of taking our due from Government . Who so ever is sitting on our rights will have to stand up as we know how get our work done .

We respect all the Individuals , RWA'S , Forums , NGO'S who are in the process of making Gurgaon as city , Haryana as State and India as Country Progress and stand in the list of most demanding destinations in all the aspects .

I shall provide more information. I am having experience of 42 years in electriciy.

Dear Mr Raman Sharma

I am surprised and pained at your resignation. I have been reading about your efforts and achievements about betterment of living conditions in various RWAs in Gurgaon specially around Sohna Road. Everybody in forum including me has always appreciated your good work for the common benefit of all RWAs. Imho, your resignation in this manner is beyond anybody's expectation. I would request you to withdraw the same and continue to serve the forum as usual. I am responding to this mail in my individual capacity as I am not a member of EC of Green Ville Welfare Association.

As an Elect Engineer myself, I respect the views of Mr BK Aggarwal and tend to agree with him that DHBVN authorities are more inclined to support the builders rather than RWAs. I also agree with the views expressed by Mr Rathee & Mr Punia of GCC that builders as licensee should first update/complete their electrical schemes before RWAs opt for the 24*7 power supply sheme of DHBVN. In some colonies like Green Ville, the builders have charged flat buyers for 100% power back-up. Their liability to complete the scheme cannot be foregone by RWAs in view of carrot shown by DHBVN to benefit the unscrupulous builders. A due credit should be given by DHBVN for investments made by flat buyers while offering 24*7 power supply schemes. Otherwise, the new scheme will indirectly benefit only builders at the cost of flatbuyers.

Imho, the Progressive Gurgaon Forum is not a federation of RWAs. Its members take action/express their views in their individual capacity only. The RWAs are independat consumers of DHBVN and can take their own decisions after knowing views of learned members of the Forum on any issue. The conditions of Male-bu-towne may be different than those of Park View or any other RWA for that matter. Personal comments should not be raised in the Forum while expressing views on any issue.

Therefore, I once again request you to withdraw your resignation and request Mr Vinay Mitra to call a meeting to urge you on behalf of Forum for the same and not to accept your resignation on such small issue.

Thanks and Regards all

We support the views of Mr Ganga Sahai.
"RWAs are independat consumers of DHBVN and can take their own decisions after knowing views of learned members of the Forum on any issue.  Personal comments should not be raised in the Forum while expressing views on any issue."

Also, Mr Raman Sharma has been proactively attempting to solve issues of Sohna Road, which no other member has matched, we should accept this fact.

Dear All,

It is most unfortunate to see all the confusion about most of issues.

All results are on paper and claims and counter claims made all the time.

In short it is obvious that Builders and Govt departments do not care about residents

of various  Townships in the area.

They are taking full advantage of multiplicity of organisations and Forums as  it suits them.

Those who are willing to contribute some time to the interests of residents should join hands

And do something collectively.

I would have worked more actively but my other activities do not permit me to spend more time

Than I am able to give to MT Plot RWA and Malibu Federations of RWAs.

I would request residents to come forward , Unite and contribute and forget who has contributed

With Best Wishes to All.

a) Changed the subject head
b) Raman Sharma and B K Aggarwal Ji, both are mature and seasoned professionals. It will not be appropriate to take such extreme steps on a trivial issue. Raman has been relentlessly working for the betterment of Sohna Road, let us respect that, as also the fact that not many are able to spend time like him being busy with their professional lives. We should support such initiatives rather than criticising. I am also aware of the activism that Sh. B k aggarwal been showing. Let us compliment each other and move forward.
c) Having said this, I agree with Mr.Aggarwal's point that Forum's meetings have not been happening the way it should have been. We have hardly met a few times in the last few years. Unless we meet often and take stock of things, progress but will be dismal. Urging Vinay to call meetings more often, at least once in a month. All the faces in the monthly meetings may not be same though.
d) Last, the membership on this group need to be segmented. Government officials, media etc have to be separately grouped under a sub group and bulk of the communication which need to be circulated amongst residents, RWAs etc need not go to every one.

Dear Friends

As far as to conduct the meeting is purely under the authority of members and Secretary . I have been requesting all the members and Specially to Mr. Vinay Mitra to organize meeting and Principal issues . Now we are very close to win the battle as 27 & 29 th November 2012 has fixed for final hearing and arguments and for this purpose I am spending 15-16 hours a day . We need to make this an active Forum and need to increase the interaction amongst different RWAs, much beyond mails alone which was our objective. There is so much of talent pool. There are many senior citizens who have time and knowledge that we need to harness. Regular meetings will be the platform for many more issues of common interest to surface and get focus upon.

I wrote before once that we need to also interact with other similar forums of the city so that collectively we can mount increased pressure on the Government. Other Forums like Gurgaon Citizen's Council, Mission Gurgaon Development, JAFRA etc are exhibiting similar activism. Once in 3 or 6 months at least, Executive Councils of all Forums should meet up to optimise / synergise efforts and channelize our energies on different issues. One Forum can focus upon water, other on electricity, third on infrastructure such as roads etc. This will lead to faster resolutions and therefore growth.

Vikas

Dear Friends

The Progressive Gurgaon Forum has done quite a good job . I am providing you the details just for information as people must know the hard work  .
1. HUDA has provided Canal Water Connection only after the Complaints and cases filed by  The Progressive Gurgaon Forum and by the name of Raman Sharma , President Progressive Gurgaon Forum .
2. The Operations  of Behrampur Sewage Treatment Plant started only after  the Complaints and cases filed by  The Progressive Gurgaon Forum and by the name of Raman Sharma , President Progressive Gurgaon Forum . Sewage connections have offered to all the townships . Treated water has been supplied on our suggestion to builders for construction and byproduct has supplied to horticulture division of HUDA .
3. The Badshahpur Storm water Drain has been fully functional . No water logging in our area this year .This part of Gurgaon have fully functional storm water drain on our efforts , complaints and cases .
4.Rajiv Chowk to Badshahpur Road would be the best road in next 9 months . Work has just started . We would be connected with fully functional two fly overs with  in 2 years ( one over Subash Chowk and one over SPR near your township ) . 47-51 link road is under construction . RCC work has finished and four laning would complete with in two months . The service lane on BHAKTAWAR CHOWK , near TAU DAVI LAL STADIUM and Rajiv Chowk are under construction .
5. Street Light work is about to finish with in 2-3 days .
6.HUDA has done Plantation of 5000 plants .
7.The sanitation and cleaning work has been checked on daily basis .

Have long list of works but it is always better others to feel .

Many more developments works are under process . This took me about one year to get this area equipped with modern facilities and face lift . Now different Government Offices has started taking this area seriously . With in next two years this going to be the best area of Gurgaon and unbeatable area of India without any doubt . After the reconstruction of sohna road all required services would be available on this road at fixed place .

We are also working on solar power generation program with Haryana Government . HUDA has taken our point( Water Harvesting System ) for entire Gurgaon . The Sewage system is far better than any other area .We are also working on Green cover concept to make our area Pollution Free .  No one can deny that I have fought with Government Departments to make this Area the Best . We are in regular touch with DHBVN , Pollution Control Board , Department of Environment , Town & Country Planning Department , HAREDA mainly .

I hope the other cases would give more relief to our People .

Yes I admit that the interaction and meeting part has been our weakness . This we will discuss in near future .

To get Development for this area I have been working hard and would work hard . This I am not doing for anyone just to make City Beautiful .

Regards

Raman Sharma
