That sounds like a very ambitious project to me!
If there is a element of "Leadership" in this study, I urge you
to look at two resource pieces:
1. The Nursing Father (Moses) , by Aaron Wildavsky

You should be wary of any theological topic that seeks to “apply” someone’s theology to anything. Theology is not to be applied, it is a quest hear the Word of God and is not open for human use.

As a follow-up to Peter's comment, yes, theology is a quest to hear the word of God, but it can't stop with hearing. James 1 is instructive:
Jas 1:22-25 "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Our quest must issue in understanding followed by application if it is to be authentic and God-pleasing.
