I came across this post in Guntakalites. Do any of you remember the name of Jagdish?
I clearly remember the name of Dr. Vasudev since he filled up my first-ever prescription for glasses!

Dear Guntakalites! I got surprised when I came to know that Sadguru Sri Jaggi Vasudev (Isha Foundation, Coimbatore) had studied at Railway Mixed High School, Guntakal. His father worked in Railway Hospital Guntakal as SrDMO, by name Sri Vasudev. Sadguru's actual name is Jagadish. He wrote that He studied in RMHS in English Medium. As per his year of birth (1957) he must have studied there between 1969-1973. Do any of the Guntakalites recollect his memories? He also wrote how he used to cross the tracks crawling under the goods trains on the way to the school from his quarters. It is great to know that such a great personality was amongst us in his school days!

Gopal K Perunkanchi Manimozhi Natarajan my daughter's in-law's family members r big followers of Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev. They read about his GTL experiences and told me about this. My colleague who is also a follower of Sadguru confirmed this. Dr pl. Search about Sadguru through Wikipedia!
Manimozhi Natarajan Doesn't say much about his Guntakal life in wikipedia .. it is all about his mission Gopal K Perunkanchi
